Resolved
A person (collectively, the people) is a member of Homo sapiens, or its equivalent or superior descendants, once it is born (or otherwise developmentally viable).
Notes
This is a very tricky resolution that will likely be much debated. Basically, you have to be a human who is developed enough not to require a womb (or equivalent) for its survival. Wiggle room has been left for a new species of Homo as well as sentient robots (arguably our descendants).
Without a definition of what a human is now, we just ensure that it will be argued for generations to come. We start that a human is someone who has been born — we all can pretty much all agree that humans meet that criterion. Anything before that is just personal taste.
